Todd A. Hitchcock
President, Red Leaf
Todd Hitchcock is the President of Red Leaf, an advisory practice focused on strategic and operational challenges at the intersection of education, technology, and organizational leadership.
Todd has spent more than two decades in senior leadership roles across higher education, online learning, and workforce development. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Pearson Embanet, Senior Vice President at Pearson Learning Solutions, and led the Global Services division at Florida Virtual School — delivering online learning solutions to schools, districts, states, and countries worldwide.
He is an advocate for educational improvement through innovation and the democratization of access to learning.
Board & Advisory Roles
Todd has served on the Board of Directors for the United States Distance Learning Association (USDLA), the Advisory Board of Ed Tech Times, and as an executive board member for the International Association for K–12 Online Learning (iNACOL). He welcomes conversations about future board and advisory opportunities.
